Shipping Policy
At Zero Filter Store, we're committed to getting your water filtration products to you quickly and safely. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. At checkout, you can choose from the following options based on your location:
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days (most economical)
- Expedited Shipping — 1–3 business days (additional fee applies)
- Express Shipping — Next-day or 2-day delivery (available in select areas; additional fee applies)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method. There is no minimum order requirement.
- Contiguous United States — Flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping on all orders
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico — Additional fees may apply; exact rates shown at checkout
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Rochester, New York. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on weekdays, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and carrier. Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking & Delivery
- Track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
- If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at info@zerofilterstore.com with your order number.
- We are not responsible for delivery errors resulting from an incorrect shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@zerofilterstore.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Non-Shippable Items
Certain items requiring special handling may not be eligible for standard shipping. If you have questions about a specific product, reach out to us at info@zerofilterstore.com before ordering.
Force Majeure
Zero Filter Store is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or labor strikes.
